I build AI agents that do the work, so you do not need to hire anybody else.

Rafael Bautista. AI engineer and automation specialist, backed by ten years of design, web, video and SEO delivered by hand.

A large share of what I was paid for was repetitive.

The same reports, the same resizes, the same audits, the same follow-ups.

Skilled work, but the kind of skilled work that follows rules.

That is exactly the shape of job an agent can hold.

What I build.

Three shapes of work, each with a written scope before anything runs. Every line states what you actually receive.

A terminal running on a laptop at night

AI agents

Best for: owners losing hours a week to work that follows rules but still needs judgement.

  • A written scope naming the job, its inputs and its failure cases
  • The agent itself, running on Claude Code, n8n and MCP against your real tools
  • Guardrails: what it may do alone, what it must ask about first
  • A handover document, so the agent is yours rather than rented from me
A workflow node graph on a monitor

Workflow automation

Best for: teams copying data between systems by hand, or chasing the same follow-ups weekly.

  • A map of the current process, including the steps nobody documented
  • Automations connecting the tools you already pay for
  • Error handling and alerting, so a silent failure does not become a silent loss
  • Before and after timings on the steps that were removed
The same dashboard on a phone and a laptop

AI integration

Best for: teams told to use AI with no clear idea where it pays back.

  • An audit of where AI helps and, more usefully, where it does not
  • Integration into your CRM, helpdesk, storefront or internal tools
  • Human review points on anything customer-facing
  • Cost modelling before anything is switched on

Admin support, web development, SEO, video, design and social are still on the menu. They sit behind the agents now, not in front of them.

All nine service lines

Built and running.

Real systems, in production for real clients. Names stay off the page; the people I work with read it too. Every one of these is something I can walk you through on a call.

Agency second brain

298 SOPs and 900 meeting transcripts turned into one brain the team can ask.

For an agency I work with: an Obsidian vault built from every procedure and every recorded call, a cortex router that knows which note answers which question, and a 3D "Neural Brain" Next.js app where anyone on the team asks in plain language. Hybrid keyword and semantic retrieval, so the answer cites the note it came from.

ObsidianClaude CodeNext.jsHybrid retrieval

Client portal

One login per client, scoped to their own work.

A Next.js 15 portal on top of ClickUp for the same agency: per-client tasks, requests, messages, and GA4 and Search Console metrics on one screen.

Next.js 15ClickUp APIGA4GSC

Transcript to website

A sales call goes in. A reviewed site comes out.

The call transcript triggers the pipeline, Claude extracts the brief, Base44 or Lovable builds the first cut, an SOP compliance check reviews it, WordPress takes the hand-off and Gmail delivers it. All wired in n8n.

n8nFirefliesClaudeWordPress

n8n foundations

The unattended middle of an agency.

A LinkedIn DM system, a short-form video engine, a founder email digest and SEO blog automation, each with error handling and alerting, so a silent failure never becomes a silent loss.

Multi-site control panel

Twelve client sites, one console.

A WordPress and Elementor control panel over MCP: switch site, clone a page from any URL, run webcare reports, generate schema. Across twelve or more client sites without opening a dashboard.

MCPElementorRank Math

Ads agents

Meta and Google Ads, with a human gate.

Tool-use agents over both ad platforms with three-tier approval gates and budget pacing alerts, so the agent proposes and a person approves before money moves.

Meta Marketing APIGoogle Ads APITypeScriptPython

SEO audit agent

A scored audit, as a PDF, from workflows and tools.

Workflows plus Python tools that crawl, score and write the sprint plan. The report says what to fix first and why, with the numbers to check it against.

Social media, measured

0 reach in August 2026.

Up 145 percent month over month on 12 percent fewer posts, for a US consulting founder. Content, graphics, reels, scheduling and the monthly report, all on retainer.

LinkedInInstagramFacebook

Voice and video agents

A voice agent that runs sales onboarding calls. A video agent that cuts reels.

The voice agent handles onboarding conversations end to end. The editing agent runs on HyperFrames and video-use: face-tracked crops, filler removal, overlays, 9:16 exports.

VoiceHyperFramesvideo-use

Ten years by hand first.

The hands-on decade came first: graphic design, video editing, SEO and web builds for more than 50 businesses. Best Graphic Designer and Best Video Editor of my internship cohort, a national-level finish in a website design competition.

Knowing exactly how the work is done by hand is the reason I can tell when an agent is quietly producing rubbish, which is the part most AI builds get wrong.

Rafael BautistaFounder, Zeafar · Tuy, Batangas

Ten years of the craft, then the agents that do it.

I go by Rafael, or Peter to most of my US clients. I work from Tuy, Batangas, on US, Australian and Philippine hours, and I have spent three years and more serving clients in the US, UK, Australia and the Philippines. The hands-on decade came first. Now I build the AI agents and automations that hold those same jobs at scale, and I still review the work that goes out.

I run this as stewardship: honest numbers, no overselling, and a straight answer when something is not a fit. If a ten-line rule would fix your problem more cheaply than an agent, I will tell you.

What people say afterwards.

"Automation work freed up 20+ hours a week across the operations team."

Operations director

"Marketing costs dropped ~60% with better results after the switch to Zeafar."

SaaS founder

"Leads tripled within 3 months of bringing Zeafar in to handle SEO and social."

E-commerce founder

"Consolidating from 4 freelancers to one Zeafar team cut our turnaround in half."

Agency owner

The agent takes the night shift.

It runs against your real tools, inside the guardrails we wrote down.

By morning, it is done.

A weekly summary of what was handled and what still needs you. Nothing gets built that you have not seen.

Three steps, no theatre.

  1. Book a call

Twenty minutes. You describe the bottleneck, I tell you honestly whether I can move it and roughly what that costs. If the answer is no, you get it on the call rather than three days later in a proposal.

  2. Get a plan

A written scope: what gets built, in what order, what it costs, and what you will see at the end of each week. Nothing starts until you have read it.

  3. Watch it run

I build, you review weekly, it ships. You get the files, the accounts and the documentation, so nothing stays hostage to me staying involved.

Transparent pricing.

No hidden fees and no long-term lock-ins. Monthly plans in pesos, SEO retainers and one-time builds in US dollars. The full table is on the pricing page.

  • Starter₱15,000/monthOne core service, monthly report, two revision rounds.
  • Growth₱35,000/monthUp to three services, SEO tracking, bi-weekly calls, basic automation setup.
  • Scale₱65,000/monthAll services, custom AI and automation workflows, weekly sessions, analytics dashboard.
  • Websites$599 – $2,499one-timeLaunch, Business and Commerce builds. SEO retainers from $359 a month.

What I do not take on

Saying this up front saves us both a call. I do not do black-hat SEO, bought links, or anything else that puts a domain at risk for a short-term ranking. I do not write fake reviews or invent testimonials. I do not accept work where the deadline only holds if nothing goes wrong. And I will not sell you an AI agent for a job that a ten-line rule or one afternoon of training would fix more cheaply.

Questions people ask before hiring

What does a project cost?

Monthly plans start at ₱15,000 and are listed in full on the pricing page, with a la carte add-ons for one-off needs. Fixed-scope builds are quoted up front so you know the number before work starts.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one business day, every time. If a project is not a fit, you get that answer in the same window rather than silence.

Do you work with businesses outside the Philippines?

Yes. I am based in Batangas and work with clients worldwide, mostly across North America, Australia and Europe. See the case studies for named examples in Canada, the US and Australia. Everything runs remotely, on hours that overlap your timezone rather than mine.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Files, accounts, source projects and documentation are handed over. Nothing is built to keep you dependent on me being available.

Can you take over something someone else started?

Usually. Half-finished sites, abandoned automations and inherited SEO messes are normal. I audit first and tell you honestly whether repairing costs less than rebuilding, which is not always the answer people expect.

Do you use AI to do the work?

For parts of it, openly. AI drafts, sorts and automates the repetitive middle; people make the decisions and check the output. What I do not do is ship generated work unreviewed and bill it as craft.

Tell me what is eating your week.

If I can build something that removes it, I will say so and what it takes. If I cannot, I will say that too.
